A Rupee for a PC Campaign

It’s all good news around here. We have launched a campaign, “A Rupee for a PC” where we plan to approach different industries (small, medium and large scale) and request them to help us build knowledge centers in many rural schools of Nepal.

The Concept:
It’s simple! For every product that a consumer buys, a rupee will go to a collection of fund that will be used in buying components necessary to build a knowledge center in a school. We believe a school should have basic learning environment in which computers play an essential role. Our knowledge center comprises of a computer lab, an Audio Visual Room, a library with e-learning kits and a good tutor to teach these kids. Because a teacher plays an influential role in shaping a student’s mind, we will try our best to help train these teachers first.

We hope to get a feedback from your side in how we can make this campaign much better.
